Game Preview: Dragon Crown
Vanillaware, the company responsible for some of the coolest looking games around (GrimGrimoire, Odin Sphere, Muramasa), has a new game coming out very soon. No exact date is given but we expect to see it on shelves for download by the summer, if not sooner. The game will be released on the PlayStation 3 and Vita.
In typical Vanillaware fashion, this is a fantasy game that focuses on the dark corners of the world, which of course are hidden underneath civilization. The game is intended to feel like an old school side-scrolling beat ‘em up. You choose from your classic character classes such as Elf, Dwarf, Wizard, Sorceress, Fighter and Amazon. Each one unique but all are in pursuit of the fabled artifact known as the Dragon Crown.
